What Customers Say About PlayStation 3 60GB:

the ps3 with vizio hdmi cables is so cool im glad i have time to alter my review

I love this console. I've never had a problem with it. I bought it one year after they were released, and it's been my best investment.

I ended up getting this particular model a few months back from a pawn shop for $100. I had to replace the laser which added another $56 to it. Since then it has just been sitting there. Rock on 360.

Setting up of the system was real easy. Yes I was one of those people outside for a week. The controller seemed really light due to no rumble but now it's not an issue. If you don't have HDMI it comes with and outlet for Composite, component, and a fiber optic outlet for whatever your TV has to offer.Like I said before the Blu-ray is something like the matrix(no one can be told about Blu-ray you must see it yourself)Ok, ok maybe not like that but if you want too experience true 1080p at its fullest A Blu-ray movie is the best way to show it off.I will leave it at that.In the end the PS3 60GB is the best out for me.

The upgrade to power control through your remote (sold separately) or the Dual Shock makes it one of the best upgrades of all time on any system. PS3 is a better deal for 1 because it will always double as a Game system /Blu-ray player that you can just about center your entire media system around. I never started the whole Folding thing but when. It looks cool. I have the first released model.

I bought the 120GB Slim for my daughter But I wasn't getting rid of this my 60GB.The 60GB is also backward compatible for PS1 & PS2 games because lets face it; everybody already owns a lot of PS2 games. (To be honest to be able to play your old PS2 games is nice, But I rarely even LOOK at them it's just nice to have that option) with 4 USB ports, Touch button eject/power button and a on and off switch in the back. All I know is its pretty damn eye popping the way some of these games look. And wasn't familiar with the internet but the XMB was really easy to maneuver through and thing. Of course when this came out HDMI cables were $75-$200.

I didn't notice a big difference in picture quality, but with the games out now and the developers comfortable with the system I have noticed a real big improvement in the visual department. Yes I know I'm late but to be honest I am new to this Review thing so bear with me. This model can read scandisk, Sony memory stick duo, and a few more that I can't name at the moment. I can play moves from my camera like I would on my PC but on a big TV so it is much better.

It's the most powerful piece of hardware out right now (as far as consoles go) it comes with a built in HD Blu-Ray player. At the time I bought my PS3 the new Blu-ray would cost you around $1000. It was what everybody wanted from the beginning but did want to pay for it.

I glad I did, but never again. And from what I read online and some of these reviews they wish they had. Now you can get a good cable for under $10.

I have never played an Xbox 360 so I can't compare it to that. It also will update the latest firmware for you PS3 and your Blu-ray player so you will never have to think about are you behind or not in that department. But hey it is what it is.

Bought this console because it is backwards compatible. So far it is running all the PS2 & PS1 games that I have tried in it great.Plays all my PS3 games Great.Plays DVD & Blue ray Movies Great.Delivery was quick, and the console arrived in good condition.
